I offer individual therapy to adolescents and adults utilizing a variety of modalities which will depend on your needs and the presenting concerns you have. Couples/Marriage Therapy
Whether you have been together for a few months or many years, relationships take work. Communication problems, infidelity, financial stress, or an overall feeling of disconnect between you and your partner are all issues that couples’ therapy can address. I am a level 1 certified in the Gottman Method Couples’ Therapy; a proven research-based approach to helping couples improve their relationship.
Teletherapy
In today’s fast-paced world, commuting to a regular therapy appointment may seem like a burden. I am pleased to offer secure video appointments so you can attend sessions from the comfort of your home, during your lunch break at work, or whenever you have 45 to 50 minutes to spare. The platform I utilize is called Simple Practice and they are a HIPPA compliant program so you don’t have to worry about your privacy being jeopardized. All you need is access to a device with a camera (laptop or phone/tablet).

Client Focus
I work with a wide age range of individuals and can serve adolescents as young as 13 to the elderly population. However, my specialty is working with adults suffering from self-criticism/self-esteem issues. Another area of focus is adolescents/young adults struggling with acculturation issues. Acculturative stress is something that I have personal experience with and completed my doctoral research in.
